The identification of the optimal regeneration buffer is an integral part of a biomolecular interaction assay development. Regeneration conditions vary from ligand to ligand and require optimization in order to quantitatively remove the analyte without affecting the ligand's activity. This is the prerequisite to re-use the functionalized sensor surface.
All buffers are sterile filtered.
